Google Workspace is built around the search. It couldn't be easier to find what you are looking for; no more searching through folders for hours.
Apps such as Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive have a Search Bar where you can enter keywords related to the item you are searching for, similar to a Google Search.

To help keep your search accurate, you can use the advanced search box. Fill in as much information as you can regarding the message you are looking for and hit Search.

In Google Calendar, you will see a magnifying glass icon. If you click this, the search bar will appear.

By clicking the arrow to the right of the search bar, you will reveal the advanced search box.
With the advanced search in Google Calendar, you can search keywords, who is on the invite, location and dates.

Google Drive is based around the search; enter keywords in the search bar to find the document you are looking for. To filter this further, use the advanced search box.

You can search document type, who owns it, words included, location and more.
