Using Copilot to Rewrite in PowerPoint

You can use Copilot in Microsoft PowerPoint to help you rewrite sections of your presentation. You could make it longer, change the style or tone, all with Copilot.

Step 1 - Select the text box you would like Copilot to rewrite. When you do this, the pen icon will appear; you need to click this.

Two cards under "The Core Asset Library" heading. One card reads "Cloud9 Choc Chip" with a cloud icon; the other "Data Crunch" with a chip icon.

Step 2 - From the Copilot menu that appears, select the 'Auto-rewrite' option.

Step 3 - Let Copilot know what you would like it to do to the text. In this case, I would like to add a bit of humour to my PowerPoint Presentation.

Step 4 - If you are happy with the suggestion, you can click 'Keep it' or rewrite it.

We were quite impressed with the suggestion, so we kept it!
