Add Your Own Custom Colours to Google Calendar Labels

Google Calendar has expanded the colour palette for labels! Woohoo! We love to colour code our events; it makes the schedule easier to read (and it looks nice).

There are now more colours to choose from and you can also add your own custom colours hello, CloudShed PINK.
Step 1 - You can access the colours via your event invite, open or create your event. You can then select a label, select one of the new colours or use the dropper icon.

Step 2 - If you select Labels, to the left is the 'customise colour' option, click the drop down for the new colours list.

Step 3 - To select a custom colour or to enter your Hex code, click the dropper icon. Don't forget to hit 'Select' to choose the colour.

Step 4 - We choose CloudShed pink and we can see that against the Cloudshed label now.

You can also change the colours of specfic calendars by scrolling to my calendars on the left side and clicking the 3 dots next to the calendar and selecting one of the new colours or clicking the + for a custom colour.
