You can schedule an email to send at a later time in Microsoft Outlook. We all work different hours, but we can schedule our emails to suit others' work patterns.
Step 1 - In Outlook, when you have finished composing your email, click the downward arrow to the right of the 'Send' button.

Step 2 - Two time options will appear, which you can quickly select to save time, or you can select 'Customised time'.

Step 3 - Select the date and time you would like to send the email, then click 'Send'.

Step 4 - If you need to change the email or want to cancel the scheduled email, go to your 'Drafts', and you can edit it from there.
