Forward Multiple Messages in Microsoft Teams

Ever had to explain a long conversation to someone else? Or have been in a 1:1 chat, but you realise halfway through that it would be great if the whole team could see it. The Microsoft Teams 'Forward Multiple' feature is a game-changer for these scenarios - no more screenshotting messages!
This feature allows you to select up to five consecutive messages from any Teams Chat or Channel and send them directly into another conversation. It keeps the original sender’s name, the formatting, and (most importantly) the order.
Here's how to forward multiple messages:
Step 1 - Hover over the first message you want to share.
Step 2 - Click the three dots and choose 'Forward Multiple'

Step 3 - Check/tick the boxes next to the other messages you want to include (up to five).

Step 4 - Hit the 'Forward' button, choose your destination chat or channel, and add an optional note to explain why you’re sending it.
