How to Create a Handover List with Microsoft To Do

Microsoft To Do is the perfect place to create shareable lists, which we find really useful for handovers.
Step 1 - Open To Do and click the + icon to create a new list, give it a name and hit enter. I am creating a handover list for Lauren.

Step 2 - Type out your tasks and click 'Add'.

Step 3 - When you are ready to share your list, navigate to the tip right 'Share' button.

Step 4 - To invite someone to your list, click 'Create invitation link'.

Step 4 - Copy the link to send the link via email or chat.
