How to Work Smarter With Copilot Notebooks

Microsoft Copilot Notebooks are AI-powered workspaces designed to help us reason through tasks, synthesise information, and generate content.
Step 1 - Open M365 Copilot and navigate to Notebooks on the left side menu.

Step 2 - Create a notebook and add references, which can include various Microsoft 365 files, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files.
You can also add OneNote pages, Loop components, or add web links.
Step 3 - Within the notebook, you can ask Copilot questions, generate summaries, draft new content, and identify key themes.
TOP TIP You can even generate podcast-style audio overviews of all the resources to better understand and get different perspectives on your sources.
