Create a Pivot table in Excel with Copilot

With Copilot in Excel, we can get data insights to help us understand our data. You can ask Copilot to create a pivot table for you from your data.
In the example below, we have created a Pivot table with the following prompt
“Create a pivot table to show the sum of Total sales for each City”
Within seconds, Copilot generated the Pivot table with the option to add it to the workbook.

Step 1 - Open Excel and click the Copilot icon on the ribbon to open the Copilot pane. It will open on the right side of the screen.
Step 2 - Enter your prompt; the more details you provide, the better. Be specific to receive the correct results.
