Use Copilot in Microsoft Outlook to help you compose your emails.
Step 1 - Open a new message in Outlook and select the Copilot icon in the text area of your email.

Step 2 - A Copilot box will appear, where you can enter your prompt or select a suggested prompt from the list provided.
You can learn more about writing prompts for Copilot here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/topic/learn-about-copilot-prompts-f6c3b467-f07c-4db1-ae54-ffac96184dd5
Our example below clearly informs Copilot of the email's goal and context.
Once your prompt is complete, click the blue arrow button.

Step 3 - Copilot will draft the email and show you a preview of the message.
If you are happy with the message, you can keep it, or you can ask Copilot to rewrite it, make it shorter or longer, etc.
