You can use Building Blocks in Google Docs to create your project documents. With Building Blocks, you can add in Asset trackers, Email drafts, Task trackers and more, without having to create them yourself.
Step 1 - Click on the 'Insert menu' and 'Building blocks'. To open the building blocks panel, select 'View more'.

Step 2 - The Building blocks pane will open on the right side of the doc, from here you will see the 'Project management' section.

Step 3 - If you click the 'Project management' heading the building blocks relating to this will open.

Step 4 - Select 'Insert' on the object you would like to add. I have selected a review tracker.
Once the building block is added, you can begin to edit the content, such as the people chips, status, and notes.

You can add multiple elements. We like the email draft for project comms; you can enter the recipients and use Gemini to help you compose the email.
You can also add a Gemini summary box to the document to update as the document develops.

Don't forget to put your project documents into a secure Shared drive.
