Create a Feedback Form with Copilot

With Microsoft 365 Copilot, you can create a feedback form in seconds!

The next time you create a Microsoft Form, use Copilot, simply describe the survey you would like. There are suggested prompts to help you get started.

Step 1 - Open Forms and start a new Form.

Step 2 - Enter your prompt into the Copilot box. In our example below, we want to create a training feedback form.

Step 3 - Click to generate the form based on your prompt. Of course, you can update your form if you are not happy with the result. Copilot will also suggest themes.
