5 Top Google Workspace Myths

We hear a lot of Google Workspace Myths in training, and that is an important part of our training, helping you transition your workflows to Google Workspace and show its capabilities, whilst debunking the myths.

Here are the top 5 myths we hear most often:

It would be rubbish if you couldn't do this, especially when travelling, but no worries, because you can! You can use Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs and more offline. Our blog post here can show you how.

  1. It isn't secure

Google offer a lot of info around this, there are built-in measures to make Workspace secure, alongside organisational measures, such as MFA and, of course, our favourite - user training!
