Send Urgent Messages in Microsoft Teams Chat

In Microsoft Teams Chat, you can flag messages as 'Important' and you can also flag them as 'Urgent'. If a message is flagged as 'Urgent', the recipient will be notified every 2 minutes for 20 minutes.

Step 1 - Compose your message in the Chat.

Step 2 - Click the + button and select 'Set delivery options'

Step 3 - Click the Urgent option to flag your Teams chat message and notify the recipient every 2 mins for 20 mins.

Step 4 - Your message will be under a red box flagged with Urgent.
